Renewing your License for Version 3.1

The newest version of Profiler eliminates the need for a hardware key.  You are still be able to renew your license either online, via email, fax or phone, as shown HERE.

Additional tests for Profiler 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0

If you are an existing customer with an installation of Profiler 1.0 thru 3.0, which uses a hardware key to enable testing, you may purchase additional tests and install them on your system using the USAFE tool which was installed with your system.  The USAFE TUTORIAL, available with the documentation from your earlier version of Profiler,  shows how to obtain the needed information from your computer, and how to add the new tests to your hardware key.

Instead, you may choose the FREE UPGRADE to Profiler 3.3, which will allow you to take advantage of the higher quality and new features now offered.  If you are currently running version 3.0, then you will be able to upgrade without any difficulties.  If you are running version 1.0 or 2.0, you need to consult the SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS to be sure your computer is ready for the new version.  Mail to Sales@profiler-vr.com  or phone 1-877-254-1808 to request a FREE UPGRADE.

Renewing using a Purchase Order

If your accounting system requires you to submit a Purchase Order and be invoiced for the purchase, you can email, fax or mail us the necessary information.

You can use our ONLINE ORDER PAGE to quickly send us this information for processing.

Once your PO is processed, we will request two User Codes from you, then we will send you two Registration Keys for each License you have purchased.  You will then use these Registration Keys to renew/upgrade your Licenses.
